Yeah, there was this paranoid speculation that Bush had some sort of a transmitter in that "bulge"... I gues someone must have been feeding thoughts into Bush's bulge, and then they traveled up his behind - and into a tiny speaker, implanted in his brain... totally high tech. I read the bulge story in the Guardian, and they seemed to be discussing it in a completely serious tone of voice.... ;-)
