Same services as the Bell companies, but at a 10% discount. ACSI for the most part is re-selling Bell services, as a result of the interconnect agreements, and the desire of the bells too get into the ld business, the bells must sell their services to the CLEC (competitve local exchange carriers) at a discount. This will take place until the FCC determines competition in the local markets is at a solid rate.
