In reality, the first debate alone pretty much saved Kerry's entire campaign, and the other two debates ensured that this race will once again go right down to the wire. Yeah, he seems pretty unflappable... but Kerry clearly pushed Bush's buttons... Bush was flustered for about ten minutes at the 20-minute mark and started spitting out "liberal" and "out of the mainstream" repeatedly, and it happened for a shorter span with about half an hour to go. But, he did a much better job than in the first debate, not quite as well as in the second. I thought Kerry won, but that's just me. -Z
