In last week's debate Bush said in essence buying drugs from Canada was like buying drugs from a third world country. Tonight, he said the US is working with Canada on the flu shots. He didn't elaborate; I think that's bunk. Clearly, though, if Bush says the reason seniors can't get drugs from Canada is the danger, why's he purportedly planning to outsource manufacture of flu shots there?
