Timoteo and ALL, Re: Hudson Foods HFI

Folks I need some help understanding why this stock is going up. The bad hamburger recall and plant closing is going to cause a writeoff on the order of one year's earnings. They have lost their largest customer (Burger King) which was 25% of sales, may lose more. The bad reputation could also affect chicken sales to the fast food chains. Now tell me, why did some analyst upgrade them today and why are they up over $1 back to same levels as before the poison hamburgers?

This is not logical to me, so I started shorting. But I am out of my usual tech stock field and thus uncomfortable with it. Need some advice.
