reads more like a press release lauding O'Reilly's
accomplishments, awards and importance to the world.

Significantly, it also identifies the root cause of the alleged extortion as
hatred by the Democrats and their attempt to silence him at this critical
stage in the presidential election campaign. All of these allegations are,
if I'm not mistaken, completely irrelevant and unnecessary to a properly
drafted complaint under New York law. It is clear that this complaint was
drafted more with the press in mind than the courts.
