Guidelines for FluMist say you have to be over 5 or under 50 and not have any chronic ailments, or sick in any way. Reason being that it's live vaccine not killed as the shots are.

I could lie and tell them I was under 50 and did not have any diseases, and they'd probably believe me, but I'd rather not.
