All I know is from their recent earnings annoucement. Their stock probably won't do much until they become a Fully Reporting Public Company, hopefully in October. One thing to watch out for is the 50,000,000 authorized shares, there is great possibility for dilution. I would assume they will be used for aquiring companies.
