<That remains to be seen.> Under the Bush Administration, it remains to be concealed and denied -- the standard response to all issues that cast doubt on the judgement, wisdom and ethics of the Bush Administration. I am sure if we are torturing prisoners in secret locatons that Bush et al will explain to us that it is really all Clinton's fault, and anyway we are better off with Saddam in jail, and it never happened, and those who are guilty are a few bad apples who are being punished, and how dare you dishonor our troops -- etc. etc.
