The White House says it wasn't a flak jacket. And in the tee shirt it sure wasn't. Message 20640980 I don't know what it was. All I know is it's there, and that I personally heard a voice saying his lines right before he did during a talk in Paris, which maybe someone would explain to me. Seriously.
