Z, Question: how much of today's unemployment over the "ideal level" (considered 4%) is due to the minimum wage being higher than $3/hr?

I don't know. Why is 4% considered an "ideal level" of unemployment, and since when was the minimum wage $3/hour?

By the way, European nations have unemployment levels of 10%. Many liberals want to emulate European socialism. Including Kerry, IMO, even though he likes to talk moderate.
