1. Hans Blix told the security council that he could not conclude that Saddam had voluntarily disarmed as resolution 1441 required. Do you agree?

2. Hans Blix never said to the UN "If I am given 6 more weeks I will definitely be able to determine whether or not Saddam has complied". Do you agree with that as well?

Thems the facts, as I recall. Had he done either of those (confirmed that Saddam had complied with the resolution's mandate, or stated that he could definitely confirm it within reasonable time period X), there would not have been a war (in my opinion).

He didn't do either of those two things, at least not until AFTER the war.
