Convict him of his crime in court and punish him, or let him go. That's the US justice system, fool.

Kerry (and the people who have been reduced to repeating Kerry's talking points) disingenuously say they want to kill Al Qaeda. How about starting by killing this guy?

If you can convict him and sentence him to death, sure. If you can't because you got no proof of ANY crime, of course not. White robes and a beard are not punishable by death.
