I wouldn't know. As I've said, I saw an expert on such devices interviewed, and he said the scrambler explained the size.

I see that you see it, and think it's "big," and therefore believe the WH's "rumples" and "wrinkles" explanations are lies.

Now it's been fascinating, but I REALLY have to go!
