Kerry is an anti-gun zealot. He has voted FOR every gun restriction/ban/registration he could. He sux. If a gun is used in its proper way, against a human, the human will die. That is not a product malfunction. It is potentially the person who wields the gun malfunction. The gun, from a manufacturers liability does exactly what it is supposed to do. No warranty probs at all. Big name lawyers want the opp to sue the manufacturers for no other reason than money. Good old greed. They see deep pockets and dream up a lawsuit. Some left whacko agress to be the name on the suit and it is off to the courts we go. Screw'em. Guns are legal as is their manufacture. You should not be able to sue them manuf just because you don't like guns.
