Captain Jack: Are you saying that athletics such as (football, baseball, basket ball, etc) as well as band and other electives that require additional school cost should be paid by the parents of the kids that participate in those activities?

I was referring to educational programs offered to those that did not take advantage of the education offered in public schools when they had the chance and now expect additional free (paid for by the top 20% of income earners) programs to learn what they didn't bother to learn in the public school system.
