Yep, a gun, like a cigarette, when used properly will KILL YOU or KILL SOMEONE ELSE. The cigarette companies have been whacked upside the head for trying to palm off the damage their product (used properly) caused on the government and the American public. What in the world is the difference between a gun and a cig in this case?

Why do gun manufacturers make automatic kits or finger-print proof handles? Why? To skirt the law.

Yep, lawyers use the 'free market system' to go after manufacturers. Some succeed, others go bankrupt. The ones who succeed get all of the attention, the other lawyers get buried under their expenses.

Good old greed is what your candidate is ALL about. Bush even goes further to ENHANCE corporate profits using GOVERNMENT POWER. That is one of many reasons that Bush is corrupt.

I think people should have guns if that is what they want. IMO, you guys and your candidates are SO UNTRUSTWORTHY that citizens should all be armed against you. IF you CHOOSE to have a gun, YOU are responsible for what is done with it and IF the manufacturer doesn't do everything possible to prevent a bad outcome from the use of its product, then why shouldn't they be open to a 'free market' lawsuit?
