Get your facts straight. Medical malpractice suits add about 1-2% to the cost of healthcare. If healthcare providers stopped committing MALPRACTICE then the suits would go down. Frivolous suits and practitioneers should be penalized as Edwards has advocated: they lose the right to bring suits of this kind.

It's estimated that 200,000 people are killed each year due to medical malpractice. So you want all of these 'practitioners' to get off without a problem? What does that lead to?

Bush uses the government to provide BUILT-IN profits for BigPharma and the likes of Halliburton. Why should these huge corporations need the leg-up from government when you claim individuals don't? Why?
