What do the CLEC's have if they own there switch like buy a ESS5 and
put it in to a city? Are they not more competive than the 10% discount?

Will look in to ACSL web site.

Did I see where sometime ago Brooks Fiber did a buyout of a CLEC? is
this a turn over type business like find a town with out a CLEC build
up everything and sell it out to a major?
