Hi Art,

Thanks for the info on Medi-ject. With Becton Dickinson as a supporter, they should be financially secure. I had several contracts at the Immuno-Cytometry division (high tech branch) of BDX and recall quite clearly how cash rich they were. I've also had a contract at Beckman Instruments (BEC) when they were a part of SmithKline-Beecham. One thing I found most troubling at all of these medical tool companies is the extreme slowness (some doctors called them criminal negligence) of the FDA. It takes FDA such absurdly long time to do even simple tests of the tools and the tests are often inconsequential or even irrelevant. Large companies such as BDX or BEC can survive this wait for FDA approval but many small companies are often driven to bankruptcy by the ineptness of FDA. I've heard this complaints from all of the medical tool companies I've ever dealt with.

Are you going to invest in Medi-ject as well as BJCT?
