Another interesting possibility towards earlier profitability is what might happen if Mr. Kerry is elected President. If he makes the importation of drugs from Canada legal as he has promised to do, does that make advertizing Dimethaid in the US illegal even though it may only be purchased through CDN pharmacies until approved by the FDA?

With US advertizing of an effective OA medication available through CDN pharmicies, one would presume significant sales growth would follow.
