I am aware of only one suit, a FOIA request by AP, which is not being contested, but it's not directed specifically at Bush, it's at the Texas Air National Guard.

Bush keeps telling everybody to release the records, but he doesn't have personal control over them.

If someone wanted to subpoena your medical records or your college records, they'd be dealing with the institution, not you as an individual.
