A radio talk show host in my area said that Bush was talking to someone other than the audience at one point. He said, " Let me finish," at a point where it would not make any sense. It is believed he was talking to the person in the radio feed. Another caller to the talkshow mentioned that he saw Bush with the same device under his T-shirt when Bush was clearing brush out on his ranch a few years ago. Maybe Bush communicates alot that way or practices constantly. An anonymous caller from LA called the talkshow and sent the message that he constantly wires politicians and stars with devices similar to what was seen on Bush's back. Pat
