If CBS knowingly used falsified documents to support known truths that shows them to have horrible judgement.
If that is true someone reponsible should be fired. If Dan was complicent to knowingly false documents I say bye bye Dan.
Find the one responsible and usher their ass out of the building. Just make sure who the guilty party is first.
If it was another of Karl's dirty tricks to plant false documents again that changes the equation.
