Hi Robin! You are totally correct. I cannot imagine presenting all the information to the folks at Smith Barney, while secretly selling his stock. I thought the whole purpose of the conference was to gain some enthusiasm with shareholders and potential shareholders to invest into the company. I called and received a copy of the presentation, and all we heard publicly, as shareholders, how great things were and how this product was going to take off. According to the affadavit, babish was selling BIG TIME before the conference. Of course, I am ticked that I bought right after the conference as I thought they were going to move forward with AndroVir and their mareketing plan (don't worry, I take full blame). Rhodes is certaintly to blame. But in my book, Babish is not coming out of this as the white knight. I have said this 100 times. I can't believe Babish sold. He stood to make MEGA bucks in AndroVir&CAR took off. I have to wonder if he didn't know that their was going to be some problems. Sorry, I can't see selling all those shares when if the stock price had tripled, he would have been set for life. Great commentary though Robin!!!!! Rick D
