I believe that he said "Wednesday afternoon following the 12 noon EST closing of the $5,000 reward offer."

Since Mr. Westergaard didn't know that you could invade the privacy of a "non de plume", I assumed he hadn't consulted an attorney. Perhaps that what he is doing now.
