BARD's Trading System:

I find a stock that has been shorted and undervalued and all other requirements I have and then I watch for the lowest possible point. I buy in say at $.25 with $1000.00 getting 4000 shares for a AMSC (Average Mean Share Cost) of $.25. The stock to $.50 I have a limit order waiting for 1/2 my shares (2000) at the bid of $.50 for a buy back of $ 1000.00. Leaving me with a AMSC of $0.00 for 2000 shares. This sell does not hurt the stock. Now the stock goes to $1.00 I have a limit order of 1/2 my shares 1000 at the $1.00 bid for a buy back of another $1,000.00 (Total return on investment $2000.00) but I still have 1000 shares at a AMSC of $0.00. If it goes to $2.00 I sell half again and so on.

Now say I get the initial back and the stock plummets back. I still have 2000 shares and the ask is back to .25 due to pump and dump or shorting or whatever. I take the original investment of $1000.00 and DRIP again. So $1000 / .25 equals 4000 shares plus the 2000 I still have for a NEW AMSC of $1,000.00 / 6000 = $.17 (Please note on this buy I am below the bid and if it is shorted I have some protection so I do not have to reinvest in order to lower AMSC. Then I merely go back to the start and start over again. Placing limit orders but this 1/2 at AMSC of .17 times 2 equals . 34.. Please note it only has to rise .09 cents to recover at which I get back my investment at 3000 shares @ .34 = $1,020.00. If it falls again I do the same or go for like the formention paragraph...

Now let's say I buy at .50 and it falls to .40 I reinvest for a AMSC of .44 then again to .34 I reinvest again for an AMSC of .40. Now I place a limit for .80 to sell half my shares to get back my initial investment and the do either paragraph one or paragraph two depending on the stock rising or falling.... AMSC is the dollars invested divided my the share

Example

Price SELL INVEST Shares AMSC Return
Ask .25 0000 1000 4000 .25 0000.00 Orignal Investment
Bid .40 2500 0000 1500 .00 1000.00 (No Investment )
Ask .15 0000 1000 8166 .12 0000.00 Orignal Investment
Bid .35 4000 0000 4166 .00 1400.00 400 Profit No Investment
Bid .50 2500 0000 1666 .00 1250.00 1650 Profit Finally Doubles

Now if you noticed I had no pressure to do anything what so ever and it fell to .15... Most people would have sold out for a loss or dumped at .40 or dumped for no profit at .25 out of frustration... I was never out more than 1000 at any one time ... and when it finally double I drew out $1650.00 Profit over 1 1/2 times my investment, I did not hurt the stock and I still had 1666 shares in this stock... Now if it goes to .75 I would sell out 1666 for another $1,249.50 = $2899.50 in profit almost 3 times my original one thousand dollar investment while the Greedy person only makes $1000.00.

With this system I just get my money back and let the profit work for me and if it goes up I have not lost out. Now what if after the double out it falls back to .25 well I take 1000.00 out of the profit of 1650.00 and reinvest for 4000 more shares added to my already 1666 for a total share count of 5666 (1000/5666=.17 AMSC) but this is profit and no out of pocket. Say it falls again to .15 I reinvest another 1000 (650 profit plus 350 out of pocket) for 6666 more shares added to my already 6166 for a total of 12,332.00. Now you can figure anything you want but I figure the 350 out of pocket divided by shares is an AMSC of .028 and start all over again. However this time I only have to recover ... 350 should this company belly up (two of MS's did by the way).... If you repeat the excercise this time around you see where the next time you profit sort of goes way way up on a 350 investment. Say it goes to .40 and you sell out which I would not do, well do the math yourself it

Double and Dump 12,332 x .25 = $3083.00; x .50 = $6,166.00

Obvious greed is short term wealth, dilegence and patience is long on reward.

I used this system to get my AMSC lower on stocks I got into at 1.50 and fell to .50.
I had to put more money in it but I dropped my AMSC so I at least got my money back... 1000/1.50 = 666 shares; 1000 /.75 = 1333 (AMSC 1.00); 1000/.50 = 2000 (AMSC .75) ; 1000/.25 = 4000 (AMSC .50) and it rose to .69 $5519.3) lost 1000 and ened up making $1519.00. This is how I recovered the 14K I lost on Mark Schultz's stock.
