Wht do you think about Kennedy violating the Constitution and suing in Federal Court to have a recess appointed judge removed from the bench?

I think Kennedy has a severe "I am King" complex. This is a one man lawsuit, brought by Kennedy. Incredible. He is crapping on the Constitution and nobody is talking about it. Recess appointements are granted to exclusivity of the President by the Constitution and Kennedy, since he does not like the judge thinks he should be able to change that.

The Judge in question, since it was a recess appointment, willbe removed from the bench at the end of 2005, yet that is not good enough for Kennedy.

Just incredible what some of these people think they should be able to do.
