Thank you X,

For sharing your son's educational experience with us. What a wonderful story!

I did not know most special ed students were boys. Is there a reason? Are boys more independent and do not try to "fit in" as much as girls? With girls maturing earlier they might pick up upon the importance of social interaction at an earlier age and therefore "blend in" better. I don't know at all, I am just thinking out loud. :)

But I am so glad for your family that your son's educational experience is so positive. He is very lucky he has such great parents and family support. That means one heck of a lot.. As you well know..

" It's been a long road, and it's not over, but gosh, it's nice to see a lovely metaphorical sunrise along the way.""

What a great and beautiful saying.. I am going to borrow it to use "along the way".. :)

Take care,

m
