LB, I certainly agree with Dr Pipes. He is much more eloquent than I will ever be. Yet our message is essentially the same. The Mideast wars cannot end yet because not enough people have been killed to force one side or the other into submission. The bigger problem is that not enough of the terror supporters are engaged in the current battles. That is why I believe this war has legs and is far more likely to expand than to end anytime soon. I bet the good Dr rattled some Duke students thinking. uw
