Kerry did not label Mary Cheney as a Lesbian . That was all ready established in the VP debates... This reference you make to a trash rag has the facts incorrect. Even though you all won't buy this theory on this thread I will post my opinion anyway...HOWEVER it has been well known that Lynn and Dick Cheney have a Lesbian daughter. In fact SHE IS OUT... and he discussed it when asked in an interview whether he would be for the amendment against gay marriage. First I think it was was in poor taste to have made reference to anyone personally. However, and you know there has to be an however, in Kerry's defense what I gleaned from what he said was that he knew that Mary was born a Lesbian and that is is not a choice as so many people beleive... The part that was inappropriate is to say I know how she feels as no on knows how anyone else feels, ever. What was well intended,however has backfired...
