My experience is that the Bush campaign defrays the actual terrible state of the economy,booming deficit, inadequate compensation to the wounded veterans..all important issues with something like the diversions 1. a war fought 30 years ago. 2. A statement by Kerry which now has been distorted (AGAIN)..taken out of context. It's like the Hollywood trash as opposed to real issues. When are they going to deal with the gas prices, the fact that the safe zone in Iraq was infiltrated.. It is was done there it can be done here. ETC.. ETC. DEBATE: WHAT I HEARD WAS AN ATTEMPT TO SHOW THAT GAY LIFE IS NOT A CHOICE but one is born that way. I think this what Kerry intended but I agree is was not appropriate to mention Mary... AND I think everyone should shut up about it considering how Mary must feel. Political football. How crude.
