My reference to the wild wild west is in reference to the movement to make it legal for anyone to carry arms in the public.

Kerry is not going to take away the right to own a gun don't even try and blow that crap past me. I like some forms of gun control. I think a person should have to go through a background check in order to buy a gun. I have no problem with that type of legislation.

Guns are like ciggerettes. They will never be illegal to buy.

So you have a few thousand permit seekers to carry a gun in public. That is just the beginning. Im sure you are going to have more and I would stake a lot of cash on the fact that you are going to have problems with people being armed in public.
