Hello Jim

You stated: "Importing (after buying in Canada) would also be illegal."

Correcting this inequity was what Senator Kerry was pledging in his Arizona debate. He was promising that under his administration the FDA would not prosecute imports from regulated pharmacies in Canada, Great Britain, Ireland and I believe Germany and France.

In that respect, the Governor of Wisconsin was on CNBC a few days ago indicating that his administration and I gather now Illinois', currently run a web site that helps their state citizens import drugs from CDN pharmacies that state officials have inspected and established as legitimate, professional and regulated by Health Canada. I believe I also recently heard that another state was doing a similar thing; I believe it was Massachusetts, but I'm not sure.

Regardless, the (D) Wisconsin Governor was forthright in his admission and pointed out that it is simply impractical for the FDA to fine and/or prosecute the millions of US citizens who are already importing CDN pharmaceuticals.

Politically and practically, especially in an election year, that would seem to be a given.

The question is whether President Bush (if re-elected) would attempt to have the FDA play hardball because he keeps insisting that FDA approval is a requirement as far as he's concerned? However, if he wins, his margin of victory is likely to be very narrow and if he wants to get any of his legislative agenda through the Congress and Senate trading for support or back scratching a few Democratic members is the reality in Washington.

I would be very interested to find out from DMX just how Diamethaid sales are doing through Internet pharmacies or if they track the data, from US customers.

If DMX sees growth through that venue and/or to US customers, advertizing in the US about a Canadian OA pharmaceutical written up in prestigious US medical journals would seem to be a strategy that would address our immediate cash flow needs and profitability objectives in short order.

Just a thought.

Vaughn
