well, you certainly may be right. i am always agnostic about the near term. i have found i just get confused if i try to game different time horizons. instead, i just have a 5-yr game plan i am trying to stick to.

btw, what do you know about OTC derivatives in energy futures? while OTC accounts for the majority of outstanding derivatives, i was under the impression that the vast majority is related to interest rates (swaps, etc.).
