Hence, by associative law, since Mary IS indeed (openly) gay, it is very likely that Mary (privately) cottons up to what kerry said, but Mary can't publicly say that she likes what kerry said, because, well, dad could start another war in anger. Mary probably (privately) does not like what Mom (Lynne) said, since to criticize kerry for what HE said suggests that (privately) she (mom) does not agree with kerry's statement and implies that lesbians are sexual deviants, which is probably what mom (lynne) really thinks and has likely told Mary in private.

Complete speculation, and speculation that you wouldn't be making had Kerry not dragged Cheney's daughter into the debate. It was a classless move, but a calculated one. Kerry did this on purpose, as did Edwards. Probably so people like you would make these very speculations, and to throw their opponents off their game.

The Cheney's private family life has no business being included in a political debate.
