After doing a a quick search on "Bush FOIA" and checking the Judicial Watch website, it seems that there is only one lawsuit, filed by the AP (not UPI). The Boston Globe filed a FOIA request, not a lawsuit. There is no mention of a Bush FOIA lawsuit on the Judicial Watch site, at least not in its current news. The kind of documents the AP lawsuit wants are specified here:

This does not strike me as being a big deal. No smoking gun, in other words. Mary Mapes would have found it by now. :-/
