Bush has incompetent people in charge....TOMMY THOMPSON? HA!.....they had THE SAME PROBLEM LAST YEAR!..... and a warning months ago..... just think if there is some BIO ATTACK....they can't even handle the PRESCHEDULED vaccines for the flu with the election this close...THIS BAD SNAFU is going to lose BUSH lots of SENIOR VOTES....could be BIG...especially in FLA!
