Excellent description of the problem. what in heck is it and what is going on? SOmeone mentioned that BUsh skipp4ed his physical..............could it be a medical device due to a problem we aren't aware of? There are negative connotations to it because Bush won't talk about it...............but it is imperative for him to wear it because he doesn't take it off when making public appearances where the device could be observed. Hey...........I just got it............Bush is an alien and needs the device to keep him in human form functioning in a semi-human manner.
