It has been commissioned and installed, and it is qualified and working. So the world's first immersion tool is in use on a customer's premises," Dunn said. This is a good accomplishment. Do you or anyone else know what the lifetime for imersion will be? I have not kept up. How many nodes (what feature sizes) can these be used for and what sort of total available market are they seeing? Thanks
