Generally, 193 nm immersion is aimed at 65 and 45 nm nodes. I think INTC has been able to use dry 193 nm tools for the 65 nm node. I suspect that 193 mn immersion might go to 32 nm, but EUV is targeted there, too.

The "total available market" is everyone who fabricates at the nodes referred to. Nikon and Canon are working on competitve immersion tools, but ASML says they have a 1 year lead. The suit settlement will allow Nikon to use Twinscan methodology.
