Good answers but you left out the Kerry fear factor. No business is going to hire or expand until they see Bush back in office. They fear the onerous taxes that will have to be applied to business if Hanoi John is to fulfill his bundle of lies to the electorate. Neither business or the markets flourish with uncertainty in the offing, and Kerry has lied so often no expansion will take place until he is defeated.
