I'm sure (since you now admit that the AP suit is 'real'), that you are not really worried about the other one. Never-the-less, when there is action in either case, the media will report it again... just as they did in August. Meanwhile, I don't have time to be your free researcher... if you can't wait for the news to develop, you are more then free to go out and find this past summer's press mentions. Might I suggest the Boston Globe as a start? Since they have done so much of the research in this area, that might give you a leg up....
