Jon, it should now be clear that what Spitzer is doing is really ridding distortions in the marketplace. Investors depend on timely, accurate information to make well formed investment decisions. If a company fakes the bidding process, that's a company investors should avoid. Maybe more investors will start looking at QCOM instead of these shady insurers.
