Its the WRONG QUESTION : flawed deeply from a Libertarian point of view. The real question why is marriage hetero, homo polygomy in the realm of goverment control. Though Bush just gave a man on the street type of answer kerry was off base. GT@can only dream .com Why would it be that Kerry, a skilled debator, if merely wishing to make a debate point related to homosexuality being genetic or a choice, not said 'I'm sure if you ask Barney Frank' in place of Cheney? Was it not to make a point completely outside the frame of the question? What point would that be?
