Xavier -

I still haven't heard from George Rassam, IMP's CFO. I guess with the shareholder lawsuits outstanding maybe the word from Ferguson is that nobody talks to anyone outside the company. It would certainly seem to be the case from that lame letter he sent you in response to your inquiry. Anyway, this may not be the worst thing...I would always rather own stock in companies that are focused on their business and making money rather than spending time giving lip service to Wall Street so their stock prices will go up. I am sure in the near future some unethical market maker in the stock will spread some juicy rumors about IMP after they have a big position and the stock will go higher on big volume...it is only a mattter of time. Of course, my cost is $2, not $17, so you may have a very long road to get your money back and it may never get back to that price. On the plus side, IMP is still a real company with an operating fab, (a valuable hard asset), and I think the stock has more potential than many other microcap stocks, many of which are nothing but scams, (and there are a boatload of them). I will call George Rassam again...maybe eventually he'll get tired of the voice mails and call me back. Good Luck.
