Yes some of the troops lack discipline.... however, it is at the lower command level. as note, another unit stepped in and took over the mission.

Just like in Vietnam, we had unit who refused to go any further or on another mission. What happened? A hand picked no nonsense company commander was sent into replace the commander who was relieved and had no problems.....
