Bush started a war - something the US does not do.
Actually we do. The last 3 Presidents have invaded countries and overthrown governments (Clinton - Haiti, Bush 41 - Panama, Reagan - Grenada). And there's Serbia, where we only used air power vs troops on the ground to accomplish the same.

He had no right to do this. Actually both houses of Congress passed resolutions explicitly giving him the right.
