One of my points was that it has never been explained (as far as I know) the criterion for which people caught in Afghanistan went to Gitmo, which were imprisoned in Afghan, and which were just released and told to behave. Before you make the blanket claim that the Gitmo detainees do not deserve due process, don't you want to know how it was determined that they be sent to Gitmo?
