'Despite a concerted effort by Democrats to derail his independent candidacy, as well as his being struck off the Pennsylvania ballot on Wednesday, Mr. Nader will be on the ballots in more than 30 states.' interesting, got my absentee ballot (Pa.) and Nader is on the ballot! So if he is struck off ballot it is too late for absentee voters , if they wish to vote for Nader just punch the hole out. Nader, if by court not on ballot will still take away votes from Kerry in Pa on absentee ballots. I wonder if Pa. is going to print up new ballots for Nov. election? I expect they would have to do something to avoid folks voting Nader.
